The glass in the jewel metal clay - Fascinating combinations between metal and glass
The glass in the jewel metal clay is a course in which we will make a foray into the world of colored glass. We will learn how we can correctly fuse our own glass cabochons and how to apply them in silver jewelry, using silver clay. In jewelry creation, one of the most fascinating combinations is that between metal and glass. Glass gives shine, color and uniqueness to any piece.
Glass can be successfully integrated into absolutely any piece of jewelry: in pendants, earrings, rings or bracelets. You can use ready-made coats or create your own glass coats by fusing. Then, to incorporate them into the jewelry, they are mounted by the traditional method, in the "box". However, due to the fact that glass is fire-friendly, it can be applied directly to metal clays.
This course is recommended for beginners. A minimum of experience with silver clay is required (Initiation in jewelry Metal Clay I).
Due to the very long burning time, the course extends over a period of 2 days.
Before participating, please read the safety and security rules carefully!
