To buy products from the website www.artkimia.com you will have to accept the present terms and conditions, create an account and then order the desired product(s).

Once the order has been sent, you will receive an email to the last address in the user profile (which includes the confirmation of your order, the prices of the ordered products and the details regarding the delivery). Also, a representative will contact you by email as soon as possible for the final validation of the order.

In order to create the account, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself, as specified. In the event that we consider that this obligation is not respected by you, we reserve the right to block your access, for a fixed or indefinite period, to the use of the service without any prior notification.

TERMS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payment for the order for the selected products on our website can be done by:

a) Payment by card (VISA / MASTERCARD / MAESTRO)

I. Pay online, in LEI, with the card Visa or MasterCard, in complete safety, through our partner PayU Romania

You can make online payment with your personal card, in complete security. Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the logos VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have CVV2 / CVC2 code). No additional transaction fee is charged. Card data processing is done exclusively on servers PayU Romania. Your card details are not accessible and will not be stored by the EDA, being strictly necessary in order to authorize the transaction. The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that PayU Romania, does not store the confidential data of your card, but sends it encrypted on a secure connection to the processor bank. This way the information is safe. You receive immediate payment confirmation, and the transaction is operated in a 3D-Secure environment, so your data is protected. These standards are the result of the efforts of international Visa and Mastercard organizations to minimize online fraud, protecting both cardholders and merchants who offer online payment.

If you choose this payment method, regardless of the currency you have in your account, the transactions are made in lei, at the exchange rate of your bank. But if you want to pay in euros, use the method specified below:

For payments received from EU countries we offer the possibility to pay in EURO. Select the EURO currency, from the menu on the right of the web page, so all the prices in the store and in the exchange rate section will change into the EURO currency.

As this payment method involves the manual validation of your order by checking the operations on our bank account, the order processing term will increase by 1-2 working days.

Please note that your bank may charge fees for transactions, so we advise you to check the terms and conditions of your account with the issuing bank.

c) Cash -backs

You can pay in cash to the courier who delivers your order, if this is your preference. Be prepared to have the exact amount available, as the courier does not always have the opportunity to offer rest.

Cash payments, at the company headquarters, are accepted only for legal persons!

Acquisition of courses that take place in STUDIO

To purchase/reserve a place at the STUDIO courses, payment will be made exclusively online, with a bank card or upon request (by phone) by Bank Transfer - the invoice is paid in advance by transferring the related amount to the company's account Metal Clay RO SRL.

The acquisition of the courses that take place in STUDIO will be done, respecting the following conditions:

Participation in our workshops is only confirmed after the full payment of the course has been made.

In case of cancellation, less than two days before the day of the course, 30% of the price paid, is not refundable. These 2 days offer the possibility of other students to participate in the course, students who have not found any vacancy.

After making the payment on the website www.artkimia.com, you will receive an email to confirm your course reservation.

In case the Workshop will be canceled or rescheduled by Metal Clay RO SRL, an operator will contact you to determine whether you want participation on the next valid date or a full refund.

Courses / Workshops hosted in our workshop by collaborating with other teachers may bring changes to the booking and reimbursement conditions, so only the conditions of the collaborating instructors will apply. These will be present in the course description!

Acquisition of ONLINE courses - video and written tutorials

Access to online courses can be done only by paying in full the displayed price, by card or by bank transfer. Once we have the payment confirmation, you will receive an email offering you access to the course.

To access the course, access the My Courses page, here you will be able to follow all the courses purchased, in progress or completed. The courses can be viewed as many times as you want, for 6 months, from the moment of purchase.

DELIVERY - Conditions

The website www.artkimia.com offers you the possibility to send pending orders or pre-order. The pending order represents a reservation by you of the products that appear with pre-order status, products that are no longer in stock. Upon arrival of the ordered products, you will be contacted to reconfirm the delivery and payment method.

The delivery of the ordered products will be done in all cities in Romania, following the following conditions: after ordering on the site www.artkimia.com, you will be contacted by email by our operator to confirm the order. The delivery is made within 48 hours from the confirmation of the order by the operators ARTKIMIA. The term mentioned is indicative, it can be modified for reasons independent of our will. The products are delivered from Monday to Friday, with the exception of legal holidays, between 09,00:14,00 and XNUMX:XNUMX, according to the time interval you chose by completing the order form. The products will be delivered to the address indicated by you in the order. Our company cannot guarantee the availability in stock of all the products presented. The offer of the displayed products is valid within the limit of the available stock. Metal Clay RO SRL reserves the right to postpone the delivery dates, in the event that the ordered product or products are not available in stock at the time of receiving the order. In this situation, customers will be informed and consulted about maintaining or canceling the order. The lack of a notice from us and the expiration of the delivery term, gives you the right to refuse to take over the products at any time. If you are not found at the mentioned address, within the time interval established by mutual agreement, the courier will return once more, after reestablishing contact with you to establish a new delivery date. If, even a second time, you were not found at the mentioned dresser, within the interval established by mutual agreement with the courier, your order will be canceled and the product returned to the office.

Metal Clay RO SRL is not responsible and cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the use in any way of the products purchased from www.artkimia.com, as well as from mistakes, errors or lack of accuracy of the published materials.

Metal Clay RO SRL cannot be held responsible for failure to honor an order due to force majeure.

Orders are delivered by fast courier. The cost of delivery by express courier varies depending on the weight of the order.

Shipping costs for orders for Bucharest and Ilfov, up to 2 kg is 16.28 lei. For the other cities it is 18 lei

For bulky products weighing more than 2 kg, the price will change automatically when added to the cart.

Orders with value over 1999 lei benefit from free transport.

International deliveries - EU

We deliver in all EU countries, by couriers:  DPD Classic and GLS Economy. Delivery time is between 5 and 8 working days, after payment.

The delivery price will be displayed automatically, after entering the country, on the page Order completion. The displayed price is automatically set for a package with a weight of maximum 2kg. If your package has a weight larger than 2kg, you will receive an e-mail with the estimated cost of transport, for the extra kilograms.

THE UNILATERAL TERM OF THE CONTRACT

According to article 13 paragraph (3) and article 14 of OUG No. 34 / 2014 regarding the protection of consumers when concluding and executing the distance contracts:

The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 working days, without penalties and without invoking any reason. The only costs that can be incurred by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products.

You will return, within the term provided above, the product purchased in the original packaging, without showing any trace of damage or wear. The expenses of the expedition will be borne by you. The products must be returned in their original packaging. By opening the individual packages in which the ordered products were delivered means that you agree with these conditions of use and that the products are the ones ordered and they correspond to your requirements.
