In case you want to give up the products purchased from ARTKIMIA.COM, you can apply for the return procedure of the products, within maximum 14 days from their reception.
The right of return within 14 days according to art. 13 paragraph (3) and art. 14 of GEO No. 34/2014 regarding the protection of consumers when concluding and executing distance contracts.
The right of return in 14 days is addressed to customers who have purchased products online from the site www.artkimia.com
The client has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 working days, without penalties and without invoking any reason. The only costs that can be incurred by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products.
Careful! The cancellation of the purchase within 14 days can only apply for the products ordered online and delivered by courier.
The right to renounce the purchase does NOT apply in the case of legal entities.
The term of 14 days is calculated from the date the products were received by the customer.
The product return procedure involves sending the following data by completing the form on this page:
- order number and date of issue of the order;
- buyer data: first and last name, e-mail address used to register an account and place an online order at www.artkimia.com
- invoice number and date of issue of the invoice that prove the purchase of the product / products.
Return Terms
The returned product must:
- be in the same condition in which it was delivered;
- in the original packaging with all accessories.
- without representing traces of wear, modification or consumption.
Product replacement
For purchased products that meet the mandatory conditions for applying the return procedure and involves product replacement, the seller will replace the product with a new one of the model specified in the buyer's initial order. If the replacement with a product of the same category of a higher value is agreed, the buyer will pay the difference.
The return/payment will be made in 1-3 working days after receiving the product, under the conditions mentioned.
For giving up gem or natural pearl products, the refund will be delayed by up to one day, for re-evaluation by our gemologist.
Special costs and taxes for product return.
Costs incurred by the buyer:
- Return and courier costs for the product in case the buyer gives up the purchase of the product within 14 days from the receipt of the product;
- Courier transport cost for the option of the buyer to reship the product that was found by the seller that does not fulfill the mandatory conditions of applying the product return procedure.
