Goldie Roman Bronze ™ is a bronze in a beautiful golden hue similar to the colors used during the Roman Empire. The clay is a little sandier, due to these larger than average bronze particles. After burning and polishing with a 3M wheel or abrasive paper, you can see small bronze fragments that reflect light and create an interesting shining effect.
Goldie Roman Bronze ™ is an ecological product. Contains approximately 89% copper and 11% tin. Binders are organic and nontoxic. Goldie Roman Bronze ™ shrinks by about 10% -12% when burned, depending on the shape and size of the piece. Dry clay can be ground to the consistency of a powder and then reconstituted. Goldie Roman Bronze ™ is simple and economical to use.
Goldie Bronze™ is a bronze of a beautiful golden color, which becomes very hard after burning. Comes in 2 types of powder - SOFT si HARD. SOFT it has a very soft consistency and is ideal for working with punches and textures, being an excellent medium for fine details. HARD is used to create a firmer type of clay with maximum strength - it is ideal for bracelets, rings and decorative objects. The two types can be mixed when they are in powder form, before adding water. If you plan to create a piece with fine details but also want maximum strength, a mixture of equal amounts of bronze is recommended. HARD si SOFT.

Goldie Snow Bronze ™ it is a type of white bronze. The particles are slightly larger than in the case of other bronzes, they have up to 75 micrometers, so it has a slightly sandy consistency after being mixed with water. White bronzes with over 18% tin are fragile and easy to break / break. Snow Bronze it is different, despite the high tin content (21%) it is not easy to break due to the large dust particles that form strong bonds between them as a result of the combustion process. The material is smooth after burning, without traces of particles. Golden Snow Bronze ™ is an ecological product. Contains approximately 79% copper and 21% tin. Binders are organic and nontoxic. Goldie Snow Bronze ™ decreases by about 16% -30% when burned, depending on the shape and size of the piece and the burning temperature. The temperature depends on the thermal efficiency of the oven. Smaller ovens - higher temperature. The dried clay can be ground to the consistency of a powder and then reconstituted. Goldie Snow Bronze ™ is simple and economical to use.
Goldie Copper ™ it is a very pure copper clay. The powder contains 99,9% pure copper dendrite. For mixing
● Add about a dozen drops of water or spray a little water and mix well with a knife or spoon, adding water, as needed, until a clay of plasticine consistency is obtained.
● Spread the thin clay and fold. It stretches again, from the folded side to the edges. This action is repeated several times. This is very important to confirm that all the air is removed from the clay and to obtain a fine consistency before use. Put in a plastic bag or container and leave for 30 minutes.
Use
● Parts can be dried naturally or using heat, for example on a hob or in a dehydrator. Dry at 90 ° C or less. Higher temperatures can cause cracks and steam bubbles.
● Normally the tools must be cleaned very well between the use of different types of metal clay to avoid cross-contamination. This does not apply to Goldie Metal ™ metals, as you can mix them with Mokume Gane or other techniques.
Firing
● Place the pieces in a stainless steel combustion container on a layer of activated coconut shell charcoal, with a minimum depth of 1 cm. The distance between the parts must be at least 1 cm. Place the open container in a cold oven and burn in maximum growth up to 580 ° C (Copper) / 350 ° C (Roman bronze) / 350 ° C (hard / soft bronze) / 350 ° C (Rosa bronze ) / 350 ° C (Snow Bronze) after which it is kept at that temperature for 30 minutes.
● Carefully remove the container from the oven and place it on a fireproof surface. Fill the container with a layer of activated charcoal shell over the pieces, with a minimum depth of 1 cm and put back in the oven. Full increase combustion is performed up to 960 ° C (copper) / 845 ° C (Roman bronze) / 820 ° C (hard / soft bronze) / 935 ° C (Rosa bronze) / 730-760 ° C ( Snow bronze) and maintain the temperature for 110 minutes (copper) / 90 minutes (Roman bronze) / 40-60 minutes (hard / soft bronze) / 80-110 minutes (Rosa bronze) / 110 minutes (Snow bronze ). In the case of large components or parts, a longer life is used.
● Burnt parts can be removed from the oven hot or after they have cooled down.
2. It is recommended to burn in a well ventilated place or under a kitchen hood.
3. Use gloves and goggles, oven pliers and loading shovel.
4. Place the hot parts on thermally insulated surfaces
